11/07/07 - Fear No Beer wins again at the Pacific Brewers Cup competition!

The Fear No Beer homebrew club again represents in the Pacific Brewers Cup competition. Brewers Robert Simpson and Mark Cherney both win big for the club. Robert Simpson took third place for this Dusseldorf Alt and Mark Cherney took two first place ribbons ( Jack Daniels Double Barrel and Roggenbier). Congrats to the two of them for a fine effort!

7/13/07 - Fear No Beer Dominates the OC Fair Homebrew Competition!

The Fear No Beer Homebrew club dominated the Orange County Fair homebrew competition with four members receiving awards for their beers, 3 of them taking first place in their category. We would like to congratulate Steve Martin, Steve Brooks and Todd Yenche for their first pace finishes in their categories and Mark Cherney for his 2 third place awards. This just goes to show that our club take great pride in the quality of beers we brew and are always taking step to make better beer.

Fear No Beer Member wins a 1st place ribbon in the Southerwest Region of the NHC!

The Fear No Beer brew club would like to congratulate of Steve Conniff for winning first place in the Southwest region in the National Hombrew Competition in the porter category. We wish him luck in the nationals and all of us are rooting for him to bring home the gold!

Fear No Beer Surprises at the California Homebrew Festival !

A lot of people who wondered who we are now know. Fear No beer set up camp and dominated the California Homebrew Festival. We drained over 15 kegs totalling over 70 gallons of beer. According to many of our patrons, all of our beers were of the highest quality and very drinkable. We even spotted many non-club members proudly wearing our T-shirts as they attended the festival.
